By purchasing or using our themes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

All products and content available on Luxe Themes are the property of Luxe Themes and are protected by applicable international copyright and trademark laws.

Theme License

When you purchase a theme from Luxe Themes, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the theme under the following conditions:

  • Single Use: The purchased theme may be used for one single end product (website) on one domain, unless stated otherwise.
  • Multiple Licenses: If you wish to use the theme on multiple websites or domains, you must purchase a separate license for each.

Note: If you purchase a Yearly or Lifetime Bundle, you gain access to all themes and are licensed to use them on an unlimited number of websites or domains owned exclusively by you.

Prohibited Actions

The license does not permit you to:

  • Distribute, share, or resell the theme in its original or modified form.
  • Transfer or sublicense the theme to any third party.
  • Use the theme for multiple clients or projects without purchasing additional licenses.

Theme Updates

We provide updates to our themes to ensure compatibility with the latest versions of the Ghost blogging platform, fix issues, and add new features. Updates are available for the lifetime of the product. Each update includes a changelog detailing the modifications, additions, and deletions.

Theme Support

As a purchaser, you have access to our support services, which include:

  • Comprehensive documentation covering theme installation, settings, customization, and more.
  • Assistance with theme-related issues.

Support does not include:

  • Customization or enhancements beyond the advertised features.
  • Installation of theme updates.
  • Installation or troubleshooting of the Ghost CMS itself.

Payments

All payments are securely processed by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store or collect your payment card details. For more information on how your payment information is handled, please refer to the Lemon Squeezy Terms.

Refunds

We offer a full refund within 14 days of your purchase if you are unsatisfied for any reason. Refund requests made after 14 days from the purchase date are not eligible.

Please note:

  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we believe the policy is being abused.
  • After receiving a refund, you must delete the theme and cease its use.

Refund Process

  • You will receive an email confirming the refund.
  • Funds will be returned to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • You will lose access to download the product and receive future updates.

Important: Post-refund, you are required to uninstall and delete all copies of the theme from your website and storage.

Modifications to Terms

Luxe Themes reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Definitions

  • “Lifetime”: In the context of our plans, “lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the product. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at our discretion.
